Delay delay delay!
Since today was a little snow covered, cold out and the roads were no picnic, I decided to update the blog! Made it to October 2011! Woohoo! Later on I will post Thanksgiving and Christmas. Not to terribly busy here in the village. Just a quiet somber day! Papa was finally hired for a full time job (hopefully permanant) and Mama was laid off in November when the company she was working for closed down. The economy has taken a toll on our little village and the neighboring townships. We travel weekly into a little vilage for church and shopping. The little market here has only the extras and of course has plenty of food for the horses that pull the chariots and wagons (although the fuel has gone up tremendously lately) we were blessed with a job close to home, just over the hill and around the bend for Papa! 2011 was a year full of fun for our little family here in the village! Much time was spent with family in the big city! We traveled to see family in not so close neighboring villages, and had an awesome time! 2011 had alot less tears and heartache than 2010 did for us. Papa and I agree, we would take jobless days over death and sadness anyday. We are excited to start the chapter of our lives entitled 2012! Lol. So far it has been a great 15 1/2 days into the new year! Papa is working hard as the Ward Mission Leader, Mama is helping out since she is a ward missionary as well; and keeps busy during the week with Activity days for the primary girls and teaching them on Sundays! Very exciting age group! (8 and 9 yr olds). So, enjoy the pictures- added a bunch- and Happy New Year to all of our friends and family! ((((Hugs))))
